DSUs officially only get you the base suite, which in this case is the duplex. There have been reports of success when people have contacted the property beforehand and inquired. Sometimes they may suggest an upcharge, sometimes they may just do it. I've found the staff here easy to work with for requests, especially the individuals staffing the club desk upstairs.
