Have dinner in the NY CCR rather than on the plane or you could have a starter or light main in the airport and a main and dessert on board. If you don't fancy the breakfast options on the menu (which you can ask You First to send you a couple of weeks before, Either sleep longer as TATL flights from East coast are very short or just have tea or coffee and pastries and get a proper breakfast in the First arrivals lounge where there is a separate dining room for F passengers
