Er, I'd probably check your medication first

The full F breakfast is about as good a meal as you'll get on BA at the moment.

As well as the various pastries, toast, fresh fruit etc there should be a choice of 3 mains. One of which will be the British 'fry up' and one is usually something sweet like pancakes or waffles. The other choice could be something like an attempt at Eggs Benedict.

You could probably pad this out with bistro items such as cheese 'n' biscuits.

If you're still hungry after all that you could always top up in the Arrivals lounge where there is a full buffet or table service for F passengers.
