Security methods lack respect

Among the basic principles of business are the requirements to respect and to service clients and customers. Without those, the all-important professional relationship suffers from a lack of trust.

Across the country the demonstrated lack of respect is growing, as evidenced by the behaviors of airport and security personnel. Airlines seem to have forgotten that passengers are customers. They are not and should not be treated as suspects or potential criminals...
