On a related note, have any numbers been rumored on the buyouts? If I recall it's still early in the timeline for them to be processed.
I think it's nice to hear the workforce is growing. Buyouts aren't awesome, but if Chicago can justify the one-time expense in order to build the workforce they need in the future then more power to them.
