There are two
versions of the card. The Black card earns 1.5 miles per dollar; the White card earns 1 mile per dollar. If you have the Black card it is possible that it is mis-coded.
Thanks, mia. My card is the Black one. I even getting 1 tier point/$2.5K spending (which is only a feature of the black card).
