Just go to Shenzhen Bay, either by big bus (walk across the border) or Toyota van (drive across the border... but, with the option to get out and walk).
Apart from Shekou (boat only), Shenzhen Bay is the closet checkpoint to HKIA. Just be prepared for a taxi/car battle once you get across. @forum regulars: Apologies for always bringing up the taxi issue in these --MANY-- Shenzhen border threads; it just happens to be the most painful part of the process for me, and I think newbies should be aware of what's in store for them.
