My experience is that that some of the good concierge service are true professionals who have been doing this for years and they have two advantages that we don't have: One, each concierge is handling a few dozen different requests a day and is geared to handle strange demands; and two, they have vast resources at their disposal, including internal and external database. So, I think you may be surprised of what they could come up with regarding tracking down your phone.
