cheapest way to fly the BA JFK-LCY-SNN-JFK flight starting in the USA?

I posted this question on a thread about this route on an ex-EU itinerary, but it got lost there so I've extracted it as a separate question.

What's the cheapest you've ever seen ex-JFK tix for the "baby bus"?

And at what times of year?

Is there a corresponding discount from US airports other than JFK as XXX-JFK-LCY in the same way that there is from DUB/CPH/other EU airports-LHR/LCY-JFK?

Or is it better to look for a trip starting in JFK and ending in a point other than London?
