Anyone care to guess how many eupgrades to bump up to PY on an high flex vs low flex?

I'm going to guess 4 eups for YVR-YYZ on high flex and 8 on low flex.

Now a question for Ben:

As a flyer that is often taking a 2 or 3 segment trip domestic/transborder trip, for example YYJ-YVR-YYZ-ATL, can you guys make it possible to purchase PY when it's only on the YVR-YYZ segment?

This might soften the blow now that I consider the value of the flex flight pass significantly diminished.
