For a thumbnail sketch of the changes so you can see before and after side by side of eupgrades required (I didn't put in any requirements for different status levels though).

Well at least AC didn't disappoint--continuing benefit cut makes them consistent but the eupgrade inflation makes me fell like living in a third world country (I know -- really just first world problems):

I prefer the YQ relaxation to the free change but have no idea if the 10 IKK is REAL IKK. Would be nice to know that. That is something that I have suggested in the past (real IKK but fewer of them)
