Well, at least they didn't use the phrase "enhancement".

Someone should go back to the beginning of 2012 and outline every change to AC/AP since then:

- introduction of Tango on International
- Introduction of Copay on TPAC and TATL
- E35 from *G to *S
- More YQ on many different airlines for reward tickets
- Loss of E-upgrade nominees - now at all levels
- Rouge
etc. etc. Death by a thousand cuts. Very sad. Not angry, just disappointed.
