Appreciate any recommendations based on experience but I am flying SFO-HKG on Oct 27 arriving 6am to Hong Kong and need to make a meeting starting 9am in Shenzen on the mainland side. Anyone have experience with ground transfer from Hong Kong International?

I understand the rail link is a bit of a shag as you have to connect 3+ times, buses are there but not on great schedules for early morning arrivals. Anyone have experience with private transport? Taxis supposedly can't cross the border, but private black car services can. ANyone recommend one and know of rough pricing?
