YOU KNOW what you are buying online, you no longer receive a booking cost breakdown of your holiday when booking with he call centre either. You have no choice but to use the call centre to receive your VFF discount. Our saving on a £13,000 holiday this year was £125 difference from booking online. 3 years ago £10,400 saw a VFF discount of £1374, you do the maths. We wont be using Virgin anymore
