Spoke to customer service in Doha and I know they get a bad rep here at times but they were fantastic.

Put a note on the system, preloaded all my passport details and sent me email confirmation that I can take to the airport if needed.

Only flown with Qatar on 4 flights this year but all my experiences with them have been fantastic.
