So I envy those of you with the 10,000 RDMs. At this point, I would pay the $89 (or, in my case, $79) for those miles just as a way of keeping an older card in my quiver. GrjApp, I hope you are right that they will do some sort of conversion for folks in my situation, but I have not gotten the e-mails the rest of you have, so I am dubious. I'll probably call in January to see if I can get them to waive the annual fee, and thereby put off the inevitable for another year. (Which, I suppose, is one definition of life ...)
This is exactly my scenario except I pay 89. My fee comes in December so I'll report back.
Edit: I just received the e-mail as well and no mention that I would get the 10K RDMs. To me there really aren't any benefits to justify the $89 at this point.
