we were in tokyo for 2013 nov-dec. lots of reasons for no room. bottom line, no room. leaves, weddings, holiday, weather turns great. simple fact, there are no rooms available. there are a lot of rooms except 11/22 to 11/23. sounds like a good day to go to kobe or nara.
