Sidenote, I called the prestige concierge number referenced above, and they had no record of me. (so yes, it does look like citi AA cardmembers get access to only MasterCard services, while prestige card holders get both.
My bad. It's not. I probably made a mistake of copy and paste or something like that. A bit surprised that they are not the same although still some possibility that Citi has (if they have) outsourced to the same company but operate as two different department and there is a Chinese wall between them.
