For foreign currencies, they'll only sell or buy notes. But since the US still issues and uses singles you should be able to change almost all of your remaining yen into dollars.

Ah yeah. Well, if the OP can't find a Citibank ATM, I'd advise either (a) Exchanging a small value of foreign currency at an exchange counter or (b) Withdrawing 10,000 yen and changing whatever is left back into foreign currency at the end of the day. (And if the exchange counter hands back a few yen in change, give it to charity).
