I flew this a couple of weeks ago. Lunch and afternoon tea. Lunch was either:
Meze plate, wild mushroom mousse, pumpkin & sweet potato soup or salad with Caesar or honey and mustard dressing.
Main: Zorbian Lamb with cardamom and cinnamon spiced rice
Plaice with lobster and crayfish sauce
Roasted guinea fowl
Or scallops with a apple fennel and carrot salad.
Desserts: wild berry dome, chocolate & orange sponge or vanilla ice cream
Plus the usual bistro menu.
