thank you to everyone for the feedback and previous thread links and a special thanks to Ocn Vw 1K for the search of the T3 airside area!

i will have to carve out time to get this done before i leave it seems, maybe during my hired car ride to SMF will be an option. all these ridiculous propositions make the ballot take WAYYYY too long in California.

but alas, this is not OMNI PR, so thanks again to everyone!
