Basically if you agree to be spammed for surveys in your email and every so often earn a small handful of AA miles go for it. I did it a few years back with southwest rapid rewards, and after about a week I just got sick of it and figured the occasional miles aren't worth it.
I used to do them, but they started getting pretty sleazy, like spending 20+ minutes on a survey and after 30-40 questions being told "Sorry you arent eligigble, here's the $0.20 instead of $20 we said we'd give you". I sent several emails complaining after it kept happening, and they rarely said anything beyond "thats the rules". I dont do ERewards anymore for that reason. YMMV
