I called them today, and the reason that I did not yet receive a credit card is that I am not yet a coop bonus programme member. I thought I had signed up for that automatically with the credit card application, but it seems those are separate processes. I figured I'd post this here in case someone else has the same problem.

Now, the fact that it didn't occur to them to tell me that leaves me a bit lost. Couldn't they have sent me a letter or email saying 'we are waiting for your membership in the coop programme before we can proceed with the credit card'? Especially since I received the credit score query letter I thought everything was on track and they were just slow in processing the application.

Does anyone have experience with the coop programme itself? I understand you have to pay 100 SEK in the beginning to sign up, but you get the money back if you ever quit your membership again? Anything else to know about it?
