I think this is a great question and I'm personally glad we are seeing some statistics on the subject.
20+ times is absolutely shameful. That blog should be placed on the IGNORE list of all frequent flyers.
I hate to guess VFTW as Gary does so many quality posts, but it seems like he's blogging credit card links 24x7. I have no idea how he does this with a full time job.

6+ is probably MMS. His volume seems to have dropped off. Perhaps he is working on new templates for a huge binge in Q4.
