When I click on "My Flyertalk" I get:

Then when I scroll down and click on "View All Subscribed Threads" I get the following:

So it appears the first is chronological with most recent at the top, however, many of the threads don't appear. Maybe it's mix of date and number of posts in the thread or something similar.
