Is TK still awarding 100% miles for the P class booking? Flight last year in Y (L class) earned 1256 points. Same flight in C (P) flown 3 days ago yesterday posted at only 314 points
Interestingly using the TK mileage calculator P class shows as Deep discounted Economy
(Economy : W,P) 314 points, I am sure the ticket said Business and the parents assure me they flew in C??
UPDATE: The miles have posted as class P but the eticket shows the outbound flown class as J (the return leg still to be flown is in P). Any suggestions how to contact TK for a retroclaim? shall I claim for missing miles online as usual or wait a while?
