I e-mailed Mr. Cedillo-Espin 9 days ago but no reply as yet so I sent another e-mail today. It doesn't bode well for the head of Accor loyalty in Asia does it!! No wonder customer service takes that long or even longer to reply!!
I also mentioned the 'no breakfast' issue in the e-mail. It will be interesting to get a reply, at some point, in the future, but not too distant future.
