They will tell you that they are with Citi Concierge and how they can help you. MC will identify themselves as working for MC World. Also, the email from Citi Concierge comes from Citi [email protected] compared to MC concierge coming from Mastercard.

Which service does this number lead to though? Because, it's the one I usually call.
