The Prestige number is the 1-800 number behind the card. You then ask customer service and they will direct you to the concierge service. You don't know if it's Citi or World until you speak to them. They will tell you that they are with Citi Concierge and how they can help you. MC will identify themselves as working for MC World. Also, the email from Citi Concierge comes from Citi [email protected] compared to MC concierge coming from Mastercard.
