As to OP's question as others have said, you'll get the normal business class amenities and catering, just a better seat.
All of the sCO 764s have a 2x1x2 configuration and still exist. The retired 762s also had a 2x1x2 configuration. The sUA 763s that were reconfigured from domestic F to the BF configuration went from a 2x2x2 configuration to a 2x1x2 configuration ala sCO 764s.
