a brief update.
I have contacted the customer service to report them the issues we had at the Tokoriki.
During the phone calls it was all " did you really experience that?" " I cannot believe the resort run out of drinking water!!" " this is not our standrd, we are so sorry" etc etc.
After some email exchange, they replied me that they have compensated us enough with the upgrade of the room during our stay (starnge to me, we ewre upgraded at checkin, being a Gold SPG member) and with the offer of 8000 points.
That's it!
They also told me that the hotel magaer has connected with me several time....that's not true, I TRIED to connect with him...with little success!
Again, avoid this place for the time being.
