Not too easy to get to from IAD without a car ... and they charge an arm/leg for parking! (Worse yet, the parking lot attendants were embezzling the payments for years...)
its a cheap bus ride $1 that operates on a fairly reliable schedule.
a great way to spend a planned long layover !
