Your AA boarding pass should say One World Sapphire (assuming you used your BAEC number on the booking) and this will get you in the lounge. Traveling domestically within the US will be a different issue as they have some crazy rules about lounge access, plus most AA lounges in US are pretty lousy anyway.

As someone else pointed out, AA do take good care of OW sapphire and ruby members onboard
