You got your extra points this way? I was just told on the phone when I called about my missing points that this way did not work.
Thanks for this suggestion. I was having trouble with Chrome as well. Finally decided to try IE and was able to access Shop through Chase, so it must be Chrome.
Incognito setting on Chrome did work as well, but really shouldn't have to do that. They need to fix.
I had to tell Ad Blocker to ignore the UR page and the page works find in Chrome.
