Few things in travel annoy me more than this. I realize the odds of an incident are remote on their own and the odds of one where the door actually matters are nearly zero but if it happens, sort of important. Few hundred people vs someone's short-term leg room... no debate.

And yet enforcement is entirely dependent on the FA you get. It must suck. The "are you able and willing" question is beyond silly. Lets implement an actual practical example (or at least require you to be able to stow your own bag).
