VICTORIA’S SECRET “Secret Rewards” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Victoria’s Secret Rewards (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state, territory, or province of residence at the time of entry.

How To Enter: Each entrant will need a Secret Reward card code (“Secret Reward Card Code”) in order to enter the Promotion. From October 14, 2014 to December 3, 2014, there will be three (3) ways to obtain a Secret Reward Card Code, as outlined below.

a. Make a Purchase:

Phase 1: During Phase 1, Angel Card cardholders can make an in-store, online, or catalog purchase of $10 or more (exclusive of shipping, handling, tax, and incidental charges) to receive one (1) Secret Reward Card Code.

Phase 2: During Phase 2, Pink Nation members can make an in-store, online, or catalog purchase of $10 or more (exclusive of shipping, handling, tax, and incidental charges) to receive one (1) Secret Reward Card Code.

Phase 3: During Phase 3, any entrant can make an in-store, online, or catalog purchase of $10 or more (exclusive of shipping, handling, tax, and incidental charges) to receive one (1) Secret Reward Card Code.

Limit: One (1) Secret Reward Card Code per person per day. During each Phase, the Sponsor may provide a bonus Secret Reward Card Code at random, while supplies last.

:-:b) Mail-in Alternate Method: From October 14, 2014 to November 19, 2014, to receive a Secret Reward Card Code without making a purchase, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, seal it in an envelope, and then mail it in an envelope with proper postage to

Once your mail-in form is received, you will receive one (1) Secret Reward Card Code via email within three (3) business days. Limit: One (1) request per envelope. All mail-in requests must be handwritten, postmarked by November 19, 2014, and received by November 26, 2014. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

:-:c) Email Alternate Method: From November 20, 2014 to December 3, 2014, to receive a Secret Reward Card Code without making a purchase, send an email to [email protected] and you will receive one (1) Secret Reward Card Code via email. Limit: One (1) request per email.

Once you receive your secret reward card code visit (the entry page below)(the “Website”) by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 19, 2014 and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address and your Reward Card Code. You will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Entry Period drawing. Non-winning Entry Period entries from each Entry Period will carry over into subsequent Entry Period drawings.


Entry Limit: Each entrant may enter sixty (60) unique Secret Reward Card Codes (regardless of method of obtaining the Secret Reward Card Code) to receive sixty (60) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Odds of winning an Entry Period prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each applicable Entry Period. Limit: One (1) Entry Period prize per person.
