Arrow Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo {US-WY}

Doesn't seem to be any reviews on the property, so I thought I'd make a brief contribution:

Typical Hampton Inn, although the property appears to be relatively new, although given the presence of various "Connies" or "Conrad Awards" signs in the lobby, I'm guessing that it has been around for at least a few years. Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms. No surprises when it comes to the room. Breakfast is nothing special. The property is nicely landscaped.

Location is pretty good, if coming from the east (say, from Gillette, Devils Tower, or the Black Hills). If you are coming into town from the north or south (via I-25/I-90), it might be a bit tricker to get to the hotel, but the town is small enough that getting lost shouldn't be a concern.

Property is within walking distance to what some people claim is the best steakhouse in NE Wyoming (Winchester's). I didn't have a steak, but the food there was certainly exceptionally tasty and filling--and the large dinner mitigated the need for much of a breakfast the next morning anyway.

If Winchester's isn't open or of interest, there is also a fine organic BBQ place in downtown called Up In Smoke. It isn't walkable from the hotel, but it is worth the (very short) drive.

There is a Holiday Inn Express (I believe...) located just about across the street from the Hampton, and then a few other small hotel offerings in town, including the Occidental (which is essentially an independent and, quite frankly, looked like it was trading more on its history than its current offerings), but I wouldn't hesitate at all to stay again at the Hampton.
