No email notification of this from Choice or points.com, nothing on the Choice FB page, and no idea of this when I logged into my account or even on the first page you click through to when you want to buy points. Maybe a Twitter only promo? When I clicked through to an actual purchase page, however, the 50% bonus was offered.
Not anywhere as good a deal as Daily Getaways, but $11 for 1500 points is OK if you're a few points short of an award.
