As is probably clear, I came in with low expectations. I found that all around, IB has a very solid product, both hard and soft. I was nervous about being in old business plus, but aside from the movie selection and the issue with my outlet it didn't matter. The old seat is very comfortable and roomy and was in excellent condition given how long it's been flying. IB is hardly the nicest business class I've flown, but it's not bad either. I wouldn't select them as a first choice in the future, but would not hesitate to fly them or recommend them.
