Rite Aid not refunding/exchanging defective PPMC card - how to resolve?
I have had this problem. Call the store. They may do a refund. If not, ask for number to district manager. If they still can't get it fixed, dispute the charge with cc. I only had to do that 1 time, and it went through really quickly.
When I've called Incomm, I never was able to make any progress. They would tell me they could't do anything, because the store told them to deactivate the cards.
