Unlimited mileage is explicitly listed, and I do not see any geographic driving restrictions mentioned.
Avis' four-hour, one-way $19.99 rate includes gas.
Clearly, one can't use over $10 of gas with Avis's time constraint. But with Budget's, and carrying an emergency 2gal gas can, one can easily use about 16 gallons x $3.50 = $56 of free gas, against $45 Budget rate for full-size... How would Budget react if the customer kept picking up a full-size on this offer every time he drops the previous rental with about 450mi on it?
