I am a silver member of royal orchid with 36,600 points. I'm flying lhr-bkk in a couple of weeks in business, I'm not sure what code as a travel agent booked it for me.
If I want to collect the miles for this flight is it advisable to link the flight to my royal orchid account? I also have colleague flying with me who isn't bothered about collecting the miles, is there any way I could link his to my card so I get them?
Lastly, what is the easiest way to work out how to spend miles? I don't find their website very easy to understand, is there a calculator or similar where you can input what points you have that tells you what you can get for them?
Many thanks and apologies if this is the wrong forum.
To answer your other questions:
No, you can't collect the un-committed miles from your friend. Miles are earned based on your name being on your ticket.
For spending your ROP miles, go here:
Redeeming Awards There are a vast number of choices from that page that show various ways to spend your miles.
Keep in mind, miles in the THAI ROP program have a 3-year use-by date.
