If you just need a bed because you will be going into town, this is a bit different but a very nice experience: http://www.citizenm.com/destinations...-airport-hotel. Great concept in my opinion with a very nice lounge and standardized but nice rooms as well.
Nothing like the Sofitel, but might be a nice way to do it differently for one night. And still an easy walk in the morning to get to departures.

Spend the extra money on food and drinks in Amsterdam would be my advice.
