Wow, if u use up the tank (especially for the full-size $45 rate) - then Budget's rate may slide into negative. I see that JetBlue has something to do with this promo. Any restriction? What if a Craigslist driver simply checks in every 24h, to exchange for his next Budget vehicle!
I'm not seeing any restriction on the discount's promotion page at budget.com that requires a flight on JetBlue -- or on any airline.

Most car-rental contracts prohibit the renter from using the car for hire.
