I don't believe there are any movements for the oneworld carriers planned at the moment in the near future. QR has spent a lot of money on its facilities in T4 and MH has bigger fish to fry than its terminal at LHR. Moreover, neither are really that concerned about interchange traffic with other OW carriers at LHR.

The ultimate plan ("The Toast Rack" plan) is to demolish terminals 3 and 1, and then extend terminal 5 to make a T5D and T5E (where T3 is now), with a larger T5A to accommodate the extra check in facilities, and extend terminal 2 into three piers, T2A, T2B, and T2C. T1 is already scheduled for demolition ready to the second T2 pier. It's not clear what will happen to T4.

The result will look like several pieces of toast with the runways to the north and south.
