Just some bits on Tripadvisor. Most negatives seems to be about staff attitudes and the usual "this item looked old" etc.
Most of the negatives at the Hilton forum are to do with breakfast charges of £5 for Gold members (that may have been changed now).
Never dealt with the staff that much except when checking in and out. No problems.
