Is it a US policy not to serve alcohol to pax in exit row?
Long time AA flyer here getting used to US. It has opened up a lot of options for travel up and down the east coast. I had an RJ flight from CLT this week where the FA refused to serve a drink to a passenger in the exit row, and said it was US policy. He was not visibly intoxicated. Obviously you don't want someone hammered in the exit row- and that is not my question. I would like to know if this is official US policy consistently applied, or an overzealous FA. Thanks
