If you really fly weekly how can you not be SE . I've definitely had at least 8 weeks at home this year. Probably a lot more than that.

Close, but not quite. Our company has a very generous vacation allowance and I am measured based on time in front of customer. So i'll requalify that as "weekly, when not on vacation or have exceeded my #". As far as requesting upgrades, I'll be the first to say that I don't know how many eups a SE gets (can't be bothered to look it up this morning), but how do you request an upgrade "on every flight"? Do you have that many eUp credits?
This happened for me this year, I was flying back and forth from YYC to YUL every week for 6 months. I convinced my employer to buy me a flight pass on the basis it would be cheaper in the long run, which uses far less upgrade credits than the standard flex fare. You could even better using Latitude passes.

I re earned SE, flew up front all year, and still have another 30 credits to use.
