It is still a statistically insignificant sample. There is no doubting that you have had some luggage issues with luggage collected at Sydney, however that does not extrapolate out to Sydney Airport having a luggage handling issue nor does it imply that the damage was inflicted at Sydney

Total annual number of reported issues for the airport vs other airports would be a much more useful count

That the damage was detected when collecting at Sydney also does not mean that the damage was inflicted at Sydney

Also, I would suggest that if Sydney handlers were nicely damaging luggage, I don't see why they would be just limiting it to incoming luggage. Outgoing luggage would surely be equally fair game
