You're landing at 2115 but KBooks closes at 2000. So no, you will not make it!

There's a place downtown called 24 Guest House near City Hall where you can pickup from 0700 to 2400. The exact address with directions is shown on the EG website.

The area around City Hall (indeed, everywhere I went in Seoul) is quite safe and I would have no issue wandering around at night there.
